The room was bad, and there was no cleanliness. The water was yellow and the bedsheet was bad, so I didn't bathe for two days. Not a place for families.

They don't allow outside food and pressured us to use their restaurant. But when we ordered, the food came in plastic packaging and there was so little it wasn't enough for one person. When we raised this with the hotel staff, they threatened us and said we'd have to vacate the room without a refund. It was a pathetic, unprofessional experience, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel. If you visit, it's your luck.

The food is delicious, and the rooms are quite spacious. It's pocket-friendly, feels safe for women, and the staff members are helpful.

There's room for improvement, and the food prices should be lower.
