The villa was dirty, and the bathrooms hadn't been cleaned properly. We had first booked through booking.com, but the owner later told us we'd pay less if we booked directly. When I then asked for a 400 rs discount, he said he wouldn't give the villa to customers who bargain over 400rs and things. After we arrived and pointed out the dirt and asked about a discount, he refused to give us the villa. He was very rude and doesn't know how to speak to a customer.

The sense of freedom at Roselle Avenue was one of the best parts for me. There weren't unnecessary rules, and the peaceful common areas and well-kept pool made it easy to relax. My room had cozy, modern furnishings, comfortable bedding, and was kept impeccably clean. The staff were courteous, professional, and quick to help. For a comfortable, calm retreat in Vagator, whether traveling solo, as a couple, or with family, I'd gladly return and recommend it.

We spent four days at Perfect Stays, and the villa gave our family plenty of room to relax. The bedrooms were inviting, with comfortable beds and closet space, and the kitchen had what we needed to cook and eat together. The property was beautiful and clearly cared for, with good amenities and a convenient base for exploring nearby. It cost more than we'd planned, though we felt the quality made it worthwhile. I'd recommend it for a restful family vacation, and we hope to return.
