3102bce A Vedic Resort

The staff made our family stay at 3102bce - A Vedic Resort incredible. Shri Suraj and Shri Deepak were especially quick, bringing whatever we asked for within two minutes, and they were kind and helpful. They even helped us while we were taking photos so we could get our family memories just right. Their hospitality made more of an impression on me than Goa itself. I’m writing this on my own because I was so impressed. Management should recognize Shri Suraj and Shri Deepak for their hard work, perhaps with a bonus or promotion. They represent the resort so well and are the kind of staff who make guests want to come back. Thank you, Suraj and Deepak, for making our stay special.

The ancient civilization theme gives 3102 BCE a distinctive feel, and the atmosphere is peaceful and positive. I found the greenery outside the window especially soothing in the morning. We came across this unusual hotel online, and our stay was wonderful. Breakfast was complimentary, with plenty of tasty choices. The gentleman at the live counter was very kind and made several flavorful dosas with care. Food prices were reasonable, similar to other good restaurants. Service from the staff was flawless. I’d recommend adding this hotel to a Goa itinerary. 10/10.

The Vedic decor and the soothing lights after sunset made for a lovely atmosphere at 3102bce - A Vedic Resort, Vagator Goa. Our room was clean and spacious, and the vegetarian and non-vegetarian food at both breakfast and dinner was excellent, with a good spread. The tandoor dishes from Loknath were a highlight. The tandoor pomfret was especially delicious, and the tandoori paneer and prawns were great too. The staff were wonderful. Sunil, Deepak, and Glenda handled the front desk very well, and Susheel, the head of security, was welcoming. Suraj Yadav, Deepak Jha, Suryamani Tripathi, Radha Krishna Pradhan, and Anil looked after us at meals. Housekeeping was polite, prompt, and kept things clean. It was also nice meeting the young and dynamic Mr Ishan Bhaturia. Thank you all for a great stay.

The rooms were clean and well maintained, the staff were very nice, and breakfast had lots of choices. The pancakes were the best I’ve ever had, lol. Compliments to the chef, and the restaurant waiters and chefs were top-notch. A few things took away from the stay. Goa Miles doesn’t work in this location, so we had to use taxis that charge triple, and the hotel had no designated taxi service to help us get a fair price. Events at the hotel were loud enough to make sleeping difficult. In my room, the electricity kept going off and on. I told reception twice, but they did nothing and looked at me as if I were a psycho. Reception also confirmed a late checkout until 13:00, then called at 11:10 on checkout day and said we had to leave at 12:00, acting as though they hadn’t promised the extension. I found that disrespectful and unprofessional. The stay was good in many ways, but I’d stay elsewhere next time, mostly because of the location and reception’s poor communication and lack of help.
