We were grateful for the hotel's cooperation at our daughter's wedding on February 20th. It was a wonderful experience, with incredibly supportive and professional staff, and the decorator did an excellent job.

Mr. Shailesh was the one person who made this stay bearable. He helped whenever we needed something and seemed to understand hospitality. Without him, we might have checked out early. The hotel is lucky to have him, since he seems to be carrying the property's reputation on his shoulders. The rest of our family getaway, with two adults and two young children, was frustrating. Requests for towels or water took ages, and staff initially refused every request or said it wasn't possible. Things only got done after we reprimanded them or escalated the matter. It felt like the team was trained to say no and serve guests only under pressure. In my view, most of the staff we dealt with lacked professional courtesy and should be terminated. The meals were cold and burnt on multiple occasions. Even after we gave feedback the first few times, the kitchen kept sending out inedible dishes. It was disheartening to pay premium prices for food without basic quality checks. Housekeeping was poor, with visible dust and little thoroughness in the daily cleaning. There was no hot water during the busy morning hours when we needed to bathe the children. The TV also lacked essential kid-friendly channels, so keeping two children occupied in a room without entertainment made for a stressful vacation. A fair warning to potential customers: please don't book this property.

The vintage hotel was clean and well maintained, and the hospitality made its slightly elevated location worth it. The staff provided great service, and the chef knows how to satisfy your taste buds. Kudos to Krishn from the night team. Breakfast in the outdoor seating area was the best part, and the rooms and hotel ambience were lovely. It was a perfect, pleasant place to stay and relax. Highly recommended.

The wedding decor was very good thanks to Manish, and the food tasted good. Beyond that, everything was bad. There were big spiders in my room, no water bottles or extra blankets for the kids, and they even charged us for a glass of milk. They added ₹12,500 in room service charges despite doing nothing. Drinks were extra, and they didn't provide the food and drinks listed on the menu. They also charged ₹50,000 just for the photographer team's food, even though the team ate at the hotel while doing the shoot. I had my wedding on 24-25 August 2025 and got the worst service. I can't describe how bad the experience was, and I won't recommend this place. They'll promise you everything when you approach them to book, then let you down.
