🛑🛑 My worst hotel stay in Dehradun. The food and staff were awful, and room service was terrible. Staff spoke rudely and seemed to have no basic hospitality sense. They took the food order and then didn't bother bringing it. Treebo's service was extremely poor, unprofessional, and disappointing. Absolutely pathetic hotel. Don't book Treebo Grand Legacy Elite with Rooftop Cafe.

They even arranged a cab for my local visit and got me some medicine late at night. The staff at Hotel grand legacy Elite were cooperative and helpful, and room service was very fast. I got early check-in at 11 am. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the food was super delicious. My stay was awesome, and I recommend the property.

The staff were irresponsible and unprofessional, and didn't respond when we called for help. Their behavior was completely unacceptable. The hotel itself was extremely unhygienic and poorly maintained. It was a terrible stay, and I'd strongly advise others to avoid it.

Most of the staff were polite and helpful when we came back to collect the gold chain we'd accidentally left in the room. It was worth ₹3-3.5 lakhs, and we appreciate that it was returned. We weren't informed about it by the hotel, though. Our experience with the manager was very different. He spoke rudely, almost in a threatening or intimidating way, which was shocking and unprofessional in that situation. His behavior was out of line and didn't reflect the otherwise good service from the team. We hope management takes note and makes sure future interactions are more respectful.
