Welcomhotel By ITC Hotels Madhuban

We booked a few rooms for our wedding guests, and both they and we, the hosts, were very happy. The hotel was high quality across the board. Special thanks to the charming Ms Navjot. Best wishes and Godspeed. Gp Capt A Rai.(retd IAF)

We stayed at the Madhuban Hotel on 21st and 22nd Dec 2025 for a wedding. At least eight guests, including the bride, groom, and my wife, were hospitalized and needed drips and medication after repeated vomiting and diarrhea. Something may be wrong with the food or water, and hotel management should investigate. We did not expect this from a 4 star hotel; it seems quite unusual. My room, number 318, was also in a horrible, dirty state at check-in. Dust covered the furniture and floors, and there were spider webs. I had to call housekeeping for a thorough vacuum cleaning. Another strange rule was that housekeeping would only make up the room while you were present. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and does something.

The whole stay felt well taken care of, with spotless rooms and quick service. Staff were so sweet, polite, helpful, and right on point. 10/10 hospitality, I’d definitely stay again. 💫

The bathroom exhaust fan doesn’t work, and the front desk says there’s a technical issue. There’s also no hot water, which is a basic facility. A technician has come twice without fixing it. The hotel isn’t living up to its brand reputation.
