hotel New Maurya royal

My first stay here was a very bad experience. I booked a luxury room, but luxury seemed to be in name only, with no special facilities provided by the staff. The bed was dirty, and there were bedbugs inside it. The staff and their behaviour were very bad. Please don’t book a room here.

The hotel management was okay. I’m so excited 😍.

Nice room, and the staff’s behaviour was really good.

I chose this hotel because of its positive Google reviews, but the stay was truly disappointing. We’d booked luxury rooms through Cleartrip, yet reception didn’t even check what type we’d reserved. The staff were friendly and cooperative, but the facility overall was quite average and the rooms were a letdown. At night, just before bed, I noticed the blankets smelled foul. The bathrooms were dirty, with water stains and spit marks, and the rooms had an unpleasant smell and bugs.
