The room was in awful shape: the sheets had burn marks, the chair was dirty, the TV didn’t work, there was no hot water or bucket, and the room smelled. The AC was a regular unit but had no remote, so only reception staff could operate it. When I asked to use another room to bathe, they refused and said the machine was broken and they couldn’t help. I’d paid extra through MMT for a package with early check-in, but the hotel denied it and charged me another 500. Please remove this hotel from MMT and FabHotels. I won’t book with FabHotels again. I’d rather stay on the road.

At check-in, they refused to accept my Agoda booking, saying their business arrangements had changed. I asked to book directly, but they turned me away because my girlfriend had a foreign passport. Third-rate service.

The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned properly, and the geyser wasn’t working. The room smelled bad too, and both the bedsheet and pillow covers were dirty.

It’s an okay, decent hotel where you can stay.

The room and bed were really dirty, as you can see in the picture I attached. The AC didn’t work, and the fan wasn’t working properly either. Drinking water was the only thing provided on time.
