The AC didn’t work, and the bathroom fittings were in very poor shape. The property needs serious infrastructure work and renovation. Some staff were good, but the rest need training in grooming and handling customers. It’s an average place to stay, especially if you’re with family.

There was no working AC, and there was no water for a bath, so I had to go to another room. The place was extremely dirty, and the staff behavior was zero. The laundry man, cook, and cleaner were all the same person, which felt very unsafe. I wouldn’t try the unhealthy food. If you order something, the cook says he’ll make it, but an hour later may tell you it isn’t available. The hotel seems to be used for one- or two-hour visits with a girlfriend before checking out. It has a big bed with dirty pillows and more. I had a very bad experience here.

The food they brought to the room wasn't satisfactory, and staff behavior was absolutely the worst. Even with an online booking through oyo or goibigo, they charge extra for the room. If the owner reads this, please change the manager. He doesn't know how to talk to customers.

After long workdays, the beautiful, peaceful feel of the Ivory Palace was a relief to come back to. I stayed there for 2 days on a business trip, and the friendly, service-minded staff did their best to make our relatively long stay a remarkably good one.
