They charge 33 rupees for a water bottle worth 18 rupees. At checkout, they make you wait while they call room service in front of you to check if everything's okay. It's disgusting and makes you feel as if they think you'll steal something. And why should guests have to ask for a towel? Isn't that a basic hotel amenity? Seriously pathetic.

From check-in onward, the staff and manager were arrogant and disrespectful. They were highly unprofessional, rude, and had no basic hospitality manners. The manager demanded extra money beyond the agreed booking amount and acted in a threatening, intimidating way when I questioned it. Instead of addressing concerns, staff used inappropriate language and spoke in an unprofessional tone, making the stay uncomfortable. There was zero transparency, poor ethics, and no respect for guests. If you value your money, dignity, and peace of mind, avoid this hotel. There are far better and more honest options.

Water was leaking from the washbasin pipe. I also had to spend half an hour trying to give the receptionist an adhaar card in different forms so it would show in his printout. He didn't know how to print it, or the machine was faulty.

We won't stay here again or recommend it. The staff and manager were unprofessional, and when we questioned the extra ₹500 charge for an additional guest, the manager spoke rudely. He even suggested we'd face trouble if we posted a review, which was shocking. There's no dedicated parking, so we had to pay ₹50-100 separately. The room was dirty, had poor airflow and ventilation, and didn't match the price they claimed.
