Ambrosia by Zenith

There was a small delay, but the service was still commendable. The company packed everything securely and transported it carefully.

The place at least had walls, a ceiling, a bed, running taps, and AC, though the AC was very loud. Reception also arranged a taxi to the airport. But the room wasn't clean or like the photos on booking.com. The floor was dusty, the curtain and chair were badly stained, and the toilet wouldn't flush. The so-called window looked onto a very narrow gap between rooms, full of AC outlets.

The room locks were flimsy, the hotel's security was questionable, and the charging ports didn't work, so we couldn't charge our devices. Staff were noisy at all hours, making it impossible to sleep properly. The bathroom was filthy with mold and mildew everywhere, the shower pressure was nearly nonexistent, and controlling the water temperature was a joke. The food was revolting and inedible. Staff were rude and indifferent, and sometimes outright hostile. From the moment we entered the lobby, the place felt like a nightmare. I later found that 90% of the glowing online reviews were undoubtedly fake, and it seemed they were using dishonest tactics to lure guests. A complete disaster, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Avoid it at all costs.

The hotel was disgusting, and the room we got didn't match what we'd booked online or the pictures. There was no coffee or tea maker either. Staff lied to us, apparently to make more money, and the manager was the worst. Please save your money and stay somewhere else.
