There's just one person on staff, so you end up handling everything yourself. The rooms, reception, and the rest of the hotel are on the 3rd floor, with no lift. Getting up there feels like climbing a mountain.

I spent two days here and was very happy with how they treated me. They didn't disturb me at all. Very good.

I left early, even though I had planned to stay at least another week for business meetings and calls. The stay had become too frustrating. I paid 1300 rupees for the room, including 300 extra for TV, after being charged 1500 rupees for each of my first three days. On one of the default days, the TV had no Wi-Fi connection, so I couldn't watch anything. When I asked Mr Manish arya at 7 pm, he tried irrelevant troubleshooting and said it would be fixed after 10 am the next morning. He asked me to contact him again then so he could change the TV set, and said I could move to a room without a TV for 1000 rupees. I had already lost the chance to watch TV after a tiring day, even around dinner time, and felt I was paying again without getting the room service or even the TV I expected. I stayed from 24-Nov'25 to 3rd December'25. The way I was treated at checkout was upsetting too. I put the key back in the door keyhole where it had been when the room was handed to me, but while I was completing checkout at reception, he went into my room and shouted asking where the key was, as if I were a beggar. There were also noises and knocks at my door around 12:30 am, which distracted me. When I asked, I was told he hadn't knocked on my door, but his own. At about 7 am, loud sounds from the floor above, like something being put down or thrown, woke me and spoiled the day. I felt these distractions were being made by hotel staff to push me to leave, while I kept paying for a stay without proper service.

The service was good, and I had a good stay. I'd like to come back.
