I couldn't sleep properly and was just waiting for morning so I could check out. The room smelled awful, with smelly bedsheets and pillows, and there was no room freshener. The blankets were dirty and torn; after I complained several times, they brought another one that was even dirtier. The geyser wasn't working, so my parents, both over 60, had to wash with cold water. We were there one night as a family and had booked two rooms. They agreed to lower the rate from 4200 to 4000 per room, but charged us 4200 at checkout anyway, which led to a tense moment. Staff behavior was inappropriate and they didn't seem willing to help unless we paid. It was a horrible stay. Don't book unless you have no other option.

Don't book an AC room here, it's a waste of money. The rooms are dirty, and they won't give you the AC remote, switching the unit off whenever they feel like it. Staff were rude and showed no respect to customers. A really bad experience.

Rats in the room and water leaking through the ground-floor washroom ceiling made the stay unpleasant. The rooms aren't equipped well for the rates, and the air conditioning didn't work as promised. Staff also cut the power without warning. I can't recommend this hotel.

We were told a non-AC room would cost ₹700 a day, but at checkout they charged us twice that. The receptionist's verbal assurances can't be trusted, so if you stay, I'd suggest recording what you're told. Management was poor, the conduct was unprofessional, and the whole experience left us dissatisfied. It's a waste of money, especially with so many better hotels nearby.
