Capital O 46016 Hotel Kay Kay Delight

The rooms were fine, and the rest of the place was okay, though the walls were a bit unclean. The washroom wasn’t clean at first, but the staff cleaned it right away after I raised it, so I was very satisfied with the service. They provided whatever we asked for. Breakfast was nice and the tea was great. For the price, it’s a fine place to stay, neither too good nor too bad. The geyser didn’t heat very well, but we managed. Nice service, guys. Keep it up :)

I’d booked a three-hour transit room through OYO for INR 390 and reached the property at 1 AM. The receptionist said they didn’t have the same room category available, refused the booking, and wouldn’t even let me wait at reception. I had a paid booking confirmation, so I expected to get a room, but neither the hotel nor OYO helped. Pathetic experience.

With an OYO booking, you’re given a dirty room without AC. When I spoke to OYO customer service, they said sorry and that they couldn’t do anything, though they’d done their best. After an hour at reception, you end up going to another hotel and paying again. Horrible experience with OYO and this kind of hotel 😑

A handy place to stay if you need to catch a flight. The rooms were new, clean, and comfortable for sleeping. They had AC, a geyser, a cupboard, and a fridge, plus both a lift and stairs. They also provided Wi-Fi when I asked. Food is costly: dal and roti were 230 rupees, bottled water was charged separately, and tea cost 30 rupees per cup. Still, the experience was good overall.
