The bathroom was the best part of our room, and everything was kept very clean. My family and I spent seven days at TJS Royal Hotel in November 2025, and the hotel turned out better than I expected. The food was good too, and the staff were helpful, supportive, and courteous.

The manager was courteous and helpful, and the rooms and toilets were clean. There’s a lift, but no in-house restaurant; they can arrange food from nearby restaurants if you ask. It’s about 4-4.5 km from New Delhi Railway Station. We had a wonderful stay, though the shortage of staff sometimes meant delays in room service.

The current management is good, and the hotel is close to the Metro. It had a few glitches, but for a cheap, comfortable stay with family or close friends, it’s a good option.

The food was poor, especially the roti and sabji, and my order took almost 45 minutes because they got it from a dhaba. The room furniture was embarrassing. Prices shown online were 14-1500, but at the hotel they demanded at least 2500/- per night, far too much for the room.

I was there for five days in May for a training program. The food and service overall were good, and the staff were supportive and courteous. The room was decent, though it could use some renovation. Room service could improve too, like providing a kettle with the tea and coffee sachets for use in the room.
