We booked through Booking.com, but when we arrived the property wouldn't honor the price we'd confirmed and asked us to pay double. We paid the higher amount, then found the room in terrible shape. It was very dirty, and the sheets and pillows were old, stained, and unpleasant to use. One of the worst hotel stays we've had, very unprofessional and not worth half what we paid.
We booked a week through Booking.com, but on arrival the property rejected the confirmed price and demanded twice as much. After we paid the inflated amount, we got a room in awful condition. It was dirty, with old, stained sheets and pillows that were unpleasant to use. The bathroom leaked, there was usually no water, and there was no hot water. Room service wasn't proper either, and they gave us filtered water to drink instead of bottled water. One of our worst hotel experiences, extremely unprofessional and not worth half the money.
The worst service I've had, and I was with my family. Trust me, don't book here, even if it's your last option.
The location is the only good thing. At reception they charged me above the reservation amount, saying they weren't getting payments from Booking.com. Even after I paid the extra, the staff were impolite and handed over the rooms reluctantly. One room had no lock and was dirty, with stained pillows and walls. Cleanliness and upkeep were extremely disappointing. Photos attached.
