There were mosquitoes everywhere, and I couldn't sleep because of them. The bathroom was dirty and smelled awful. The sheets and blanket had all kinds of marks, including lipstick, and the sheets were torn in places. Just disgusting.

I came 15 km in the hot summer, only to be kept waiting for 30 minutes and then asked to pay again. I'd already paid OYO in advance, but the hotel said it doesn't accept online payment and wanted money regardless. OYO was almost impossible to reach when I needed help, and after four days I still hadn't received my money back. It was the worst hotel experience I've had. I hope the owner and the OYO team get to experience this same frustration and understand how it feels.
