Capital O 46981 Pinky Villa

Getting around was easy from this convenient location, with transport and nearby attractions close at hand. The hotel felt safe, peaceful, and well maintained, and housekeeping was prompt. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Staff were professional, polite, and quick to help, and check-in and checkout both went smoothly. Good value for money. I'd gladly stay at Hotel Pinky Villa again and recommend it to families, couples, or business travelers.

This text appears to be a scraped collection of Google and Tripadvisor review listings, ratings, and owner replies rather than a single review. One Google review from Aryan Raj describes a stay at Hotel Pinky Villa in Paharganj, Delhi. The room was spacious, clean, and kept tidy by housekeeping, with basic amenities. Breakfast was freshly made, tasty, and varied. Staff were polite and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The hotel is near New Delhi Railway Station, markets, restaurants, and attractions, making it convenient for train travelers and exploring the city. The reviewer felt it was good value and suitable for short or long stays. The collection also includes a negative review from Ranganathan Selvam, who says he did not check in and left because he felt unsafe about the surrounding area, and an owner response disputing the review as based on assumptions rather than a stay.

I booked through Agoda based on the positive ratings, expecting a safe, comfortable stay with my family. But on arrival I was alarmed by the location in Chuna Mandi, Paharganj, an area associated with prostitution and sex trafficking, which I understand has been confirmed by recent police raids and media reports. I didn't feel the surroundings were suitable for families or safe to check in, so even though I'd paid in full, I left and booked elsewhere. After I provided proof of the alternative stay, Agoda agreed to reimburse me. The listing doesn't explain the nature of the area, and I found the online reviews misleading. The hotel might suit solo travelers who know the locality, but I wouldn't recommend it to families or anyone wanting a peaceful, secure environment. Agoda and other booking sites should check properties more carefully and flag high-risk areas. Travelers deserve clear information and safety, not just good ratings.

The morning manager was polite, but the night staff didn't know how to welcome guests. My room wasn't properly cleaned and had dust everywhere, and the AC wasn't working right. We waited an hour for two fresh lime waters. There was no toilet roll or dental kit, and when we asked for a roll, they said they had none. We asked for tissues instead, but they didn't have any either. Really poor hospitality.
