We booked through Oyo, but on arrival they said they didn't accept online bookings and doubled the price. They later offered us a discount on those higher rates, then in the evening claimed they'd never said that. They mainly get leads from Oyo, which makes the whole thing even stranger. The people here seem to show two faces. The room was basically four walls, a roof, and a bed. I wish the rating system let me give a minus score.

Breakfast was fine, and the staff were polite and helpful. The rooms, though, weren't clean and smelled bad. There was a washroom leak, and rats in the room made it impossible to sleep at night. The first-floor rooms may be a better choice, since the rats weren't on the upper floors. Bring mosquito repellent or the mosquitoes will have a feast. Parking is very limited, so finding a spot on the main road is a struggle. It's an okay place for one person, but I wouldn't bring my family. I've attached a picture of the rat that disturbed my stay.

A decent budget option, though the rooms may feel cramped. The staff were very customer friendly, and the place was clean and hygienic. The location is convenient too, about 1.9 km from Punjabi bagh west metro station, or 15 minutes by auto. The TV worked well and had all channels.

The room smelled awful, and there was no hygiene. My toilet flush didn't work. I complained, but nobody came to fix it. Keep an eye on your belongings even inside your room, since anything can happen. This is a terrible place to stay.
