Hotel City Park

The food seemed extremely poor and possibly stale. Two people in my family had to rush to the hospital with symptoms of food poisoning, which raises serious concerns for me about hygiene and food safety. Checkout at Hotel City Park, Pitampura was deeply distressing. Mr. Akram and Mr. Joginder Chikkara were rude, arrogant, and unprofessional. They accused us of stains on the room carpet and held us there for nearly 50 minutes. I questioned how anyone could know whether the stains were already there before check-in, especially since they showed no photos. If the carpets matter so much, documenting them at check-in should be standard. They made us get out of our car and go back to the room, then had staff start cleaning the carpet themselves. It turned into a melodrama while my family, including elders, waited in the car for almost an hour. When I asked how long we’d be kept in this hostile situation, Mr. Joginder and Mr. Akram said arrogantly that we couldn’t leave until the carpet dried. I’ve stayed at multiple 5-star properties across India and have never seen such humiliating, customer-hostile behaviour. This kind of conduct destroys customer centricity. I ask Mr. Agarwal, the owner, to take stringent and visible action so the staff learn from it and other guests don’t go through the same thing. I was highly disappointed and strongly advise travellers to exercise caution before choosing this hotel.

What made breakfast special was the service. Priya and Gajender were friendly, attentive, professional, and always smiling and helpful. They made sure we had everything we needed, and their warm hospitality gave the morning a personal touch. There was a great selection of hot and cold food, including fresh fruit, pastries, eggs, and local specialties. Everything was fresh and nicely presented. We had a wonderful breakfast and would gladly come back. Highly recommend it, a perfect start to the day!

Mahak helped us with an early check-in, which I really appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable, the ambience lovely, and the food delicious. The staff were very polite. We had a wonderful stay at City Park Pitampura. Highly recommended!

I had to run after the waiters myself just to get food served to my guests. Even after I gave clear instructions several times, service was poor, and the staff seemed lazy and inattentive. Tea and coffee arrived cold, then the snacks took almost 20 minutes, by which time the coffee was gone. There were no cookies either, despite that being a basic expectation. As a host, I found the mismanagement and lack of professionalism embarrassing and stressful. I won’t recommend this hotel or choose it again for an event. A highly disappointing experience.
