Water wasn’t coming through in the bathroom or washroom, and several things in the hotel didn’t work. There’s no lift, so we had to carry our luggage up to the fourth floor. The staff weren’t helpful, and the pictures on the app or elsewhere didn’t match what we found. Prices were higher than the amounts shown on the OYO app. A really bad experience. It felt like they cared about money, not customer satisfaction.

In December 2025, they wanted another 500 on top of what I’d already paid through the online portal. The lift wasn’t working, so we had to take our luggage up four floors on foot. They also wouldn’t give us a room key and told us to leave the door open if we went out. That felt really unsafe, especially for women, families, or anyone with valuables. Extremely poor hotel.

The road outside was torn up for metro construction, so getting in or out felt like an obstacle course. Inside, the lift worked, but staff refused to let guests use it day to day. We had to haul our luggage up several flights of stairs. The room was filthy and smelled of mildew. The sheets looked like they hadn’t been washed in ages, and I thought something might be crawling around in the bathroom. The toilet wouldn’t flush. I called maintenance again and again, but nobody came, and the front desk only gave excuses. There wasn’t even a restroom in the lobby, so I had no other option. The staff were either absent or rude. This was the worst hotel stay of my life. I paid to suffer in dirty conditions, with no one taking responsibility for basic hygiene or fixing the toilet. If you enjoy frustration and incompetence, this place has plenty. Otherwise, stay somewhere else.

They wouldn’t let us in until they got extra money, either from OYO or from us. The owner wasn’t pleasant, and we weren’t looked after properly. Disastrous stay. Please don’t go here.
