They first gave me a non-AC room even though I’d booked AC, then charged me 500 extra for the AC room on top of the actual cost. There’s no power backup, so even after paying extra, the AC couldn’t run for more than an hour because of the electricity. The bedsheet was really dirty and smelled unpleasant, and the room did too. Cleaning was among the worst I’ve seen. It was a terrible experience and a complete waste of money. I suggest you don’t book this Oyo.

The location is very good, close to Ashram Metro Station on the Pink Line. I got a good deal by booking through Brevistay, but checking in took forever. The room was only OK, and the AC and water worked on and off. OYO/Brevistay and the local hotels need to coordinate better.

A terrible experience, and not worth the price. I asked about my booking, but the hotel manager said there was no online booking. Oyo team support was very poor, and they asked for more money.

I wouldn’t recommend it to families. The staff were rude and uncooperative, and we weren’t given towels, soap, or water. There’s no power backup. I paid for an AC room, but they didn’t provide one during the winter season. It may be okay for a short stay of one or two hours for a boyfriend and girlfriend.

The reception staff were especially useless, and the hotel staff were rude about everything. Cheap quality and the worst experience I’ve had. My best advice is never to stay here.
