The second room had its own problems: the toilet flush barely worked at first, then only on and off, and the bathroom was just as dirty as the first one. Reception said that was how it was and claimed it had been cleaned right before I arrived. There was no hot water, and the electricity cut out while I was showering. Breakfast was advertised for 8 to 10:30, but when I went down at 8:40, they said it hadn't started and couldn't tell me when it would. The cups and bowls were dirty too. I also saw bedding and towels left on filthy hallway floors while housekeeping moved between rooms. Then at 1:42 am, OYO texted to say they'd charged a dinner plan to my room, even though I hadn't ordered one. I spent half an hour on the phone with OYO the next morning getting it reversed. I had to complain to OYO before they finally moved me out of the first room. The AC was set to 25 but didn't cool the room. There was no remote, and it took reception an hour to bring one. That one didn't work, and neither did the replacement. They told me the AC was on and air was coming out, so I should just put up with it. The bathroom floor and basin were dusty and dirty, and room service brought a plate with dried dish soap still on it. The sheets were stained and crumpled when I arrived, and I don't think they had been changed. Both rooms were awful. I'm disgusted by the hotel and how little the staff seemed to care. I wouldn't recommend it.

The property and infrastructure looked good, but the hospitality and service really let it down. The staff didn't seem trained or professional, and there was no manager type of person around. They put me in a room by the kitchen, so the noise started early in the morning. They couldn't provide tea or coffee then, saying it was only available with breakfast. There was no water in the bathroom either. The receptionist kept asking me to wait 5 to 10 minutes, but the problem wasn't fixed. They also had no card machine, so I had to go to an ATM to pay before checking in.

The room was clean and the staff were polite and courteous. Kanchan and Pankaj were especially helpful. The location is good, though Patel Nagar gets stuck in traffic jams. We paid a little more than the room seemed worth, and a few basic amenities could have been included at that price. The food could also be better.

As soon as I walked in, the room had a really bad smell. There was dust all over the curtains and mattresses, and I had to ask twice for water. The food came much spicier than I'd asked for, despite giving clear instructions. When I asked about dessert and raita, they rudely said they didn't serve dessert and could only offer plain curd, even though dessert was listed on the menu. A very bad stay.

I had stayed here around five or six times before, usually for three or four nights, and used to consider myself a loyal customer when visiting Delhi. The old staff were good, and I used to get a decent discount when booking directly. This time the staff had completely changed, and the receptionist's attitude was awful. I called three times for water and still didn't get any; towels arrived the next day, and only after I went to reception to ask in person. The bathroom fittings in many rooms aren't secure and seem ready to come out of the walls. Other guests in different rooms had similar complaints. This stay was a complete mess, and the hotel has become terrible. At 1600, there are plenty of better options.
