I had a nice stay at Hotel city heart. It's near birla ghat and bhola giri ashram, about 2 kms from both the railway station and bus stand. hariki pauri is less than 2 kms away, and shared autos to har ki Pauri cost around ₹20 per person. Our room was clean and came with AC, and the bathroom had a gyser. The hotel has a lift, and tea and coffee were available. We paid ₹ 1000 after discount for three adults. The staff were good, but parking wasn't proper, so vehicles are left on the road in the white line.

The staff had a poor attitude, the washroom was unclean, and it's too far from har ki pauri. There are cheaper and better options near har ki puari, so don't fall for this place.

The rooms felt spacious and airy, and the staff were well behaved. You may get a balcony depending on which room you choose, and there’s a lift, which is useful if you’re travelling with older family members. The rooms have most of the basics, including a geyser and AC. It’s not the best choice if you’re specifically looking for a Ganga-facing hotel, but otherwise it was good.

It’s very clean, and the staff are highly hospitable. The lift is handy too. The location is one of the closest to Ganga Ghat (har ki paidi).

The building itself seemed well made, but it clearly hasn’t been maintained. We found a bed bug on the bed, the door lock didn’t work, and neither did the geyser. Check the room carefully before accepting it. I’d avoid staying here.
