We weren't satisfied with Ganga Exotica and moved to another hotel after the first night. We had booked two Executive Deluxe rooms for one night. The rooms are old and small, have a closed-up smell, and feel more like a lodge, so they aren't comfortable for a family stay. The hotel's location is good, but the building is quite old and the narrow road makes it hard to reach. Wi-Fi wasn't available on the second floor while we were there, and the lift is tiny, with room for only two people at a time. The food, on the other hand, was tasty and served fresh and hot. Staff were friendly with guests, but seemed careless, possibly the manager; they treated our driver badly, which was disappointing. There's no proper parking or driver facility. You can park 200-250 m away in paid parking. The rating doesn't feel genuine to me. At checkout, they ask customers to rate the hotel in front of them and offer a 10% discount on food in return, which seems very unprofessional and undermines honest online reviews. There are much better hotels in this price range with better facilities. I'd give this place 2 out of 5 for a family stay.

The private Ganga ghat is lovely, and the rooftop restaurant comes highly recommended. I stayed in a Deluxe Executive room; it was clean, including the washroom. The food was excellent, and Vikansha mam was very friendly.

We had an excellent stay at Ganga Exotlca. The rooftop restaurant served amazing food, and the manager, GM, and staff were all helpful, cooperative, and excellent to deal with.

The hotel has a private ghat and a terrace with a Ganga view, and its location is perfect. The rooms are a little small, but that was okay. The roads to the hotel are wide, though parking is 50 meters away.

It’s not very far from Har ki pauri or the railway station, and the rates are decent. The rooms and partitioned washrooms were clean, and there’s a private ghat for Ganga snan. Staff were polite and cooperative. After I messaged about arriving late, a lady called to check on me. The gentleman with glasses at reception was very helpful. Sorry, I didn't get his name.
