A stale, damp smell hit us every time we walked into the room, and housekeeping still wasn't done properly even after I specifically asked staff to clean it. The room also had an old, poor-quality spring mattress, as if it had been left in use past its life. The pillows were far too thick and gave me backache and disturbed sleep. The bathroom was in poor shape too. It wasn't properly cleaned, water backed up, and bathing left the whole floor flooded because of the drainage. The walls, exhaust fan, and mirrors were visibly dirty. Between the poor hygiene, comfort, and maintenance, this was nowhere near value for money. I regret choosing this hotel and wouldn't recommend it.

The rooms at Casa Hotel Vadodara were clean, well-kept, and surprisingly roomy, with space to relax or work. The bathroom was a good size too, the amenities all worked properly, and the room had a pleasant feel. What made the stay stand out was the team. Check-in through check-out was smooth, with polite, prompt, genuinely helpful service. They also handled little requests or issues right away and with a positive attitude, which made things comfortable and hassle-free. For good value, spacious rooms, and staff who go the extra mile, Casa Hotel is a great choice in Vadodara. Highly recommended.

The location worked well, with eateries nearby, and the price was good. The room was pretty small, though it's fine for a budget hotel. The bathroom wasn't very clean, and the mat outside it was extremely dirty. The commode seat could be removed, and there were small stains on the bedsheet.

I paid over ₹2500 and still didn't get proper accommodation. The staff were the worst, cheap and uncooperative, and the person claiming to be the owner had no basic manners or idea how to speak with customers. I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here, and I strongly feel people shouldn't waste their money. Be careful, because many positive reviews seem misleading. We trusted them and had a terrible experience. ☹️☹️
