I’m sharing my experience because I’d ask people not to stay here. I paid in advance, but even after complaining repeatedly, there was no response. You pay, then get stuck having to stay, while facilities are missing. Sometimes the room light is cut, and at other times they stop it in a way that meant I had to tell them again and again. There wasn’t even water for using the washroom. The rooms were badly maintained and poorly cleaned, service was unresponsive and unprofessional, and the location was inconvenient. It was a complete letdown and a regrettable stay.

Only cash was accepted, and GST was extra for online payment. In the washroom there was no hand wash or soap, and 4 persom had to share one towel, even after 5 time follow up.

The room itself was disappointing: flies inside, and a really bad smell in the bathroom. We also found out from other guests that the rate was under 1,000, even though a dealer had quoted us 3,000 for three people. When we raised it with the owner, he said he wouldn't lower the price since we'd booked through the dealer and that it wasn't his fault.

They didn't give us towels, and the room was quite dim. Some switches were broken and didn't work, and there were mosquitoes too. My stay was just okay, not very good. They should improve the quality.
