Hotel Gandharv Garden

The food was a mess from start to finish. My veg crispy was cold and chewy, almost like gum, and I found a cockroach in the veg biryani. The taste was very poor as well. The chocolate ice cream didn't seem fresh either, and the cone was very soft with an expired taste. I told the counter manager, but he wouldn't accept that anything was wrong. I asked him to open another box, and that ice cream was stale too, yet they charged me for it. The staff were very rude and wouldn't own up to the problems.

There’s a wide menu, from soups through to veg and non-veg main courses, and the food tastes good. The hotel is right on the highway, which makes the location convenient. Inside, there’s a bar and an extra cottage-style seating area outside. The staff were polite, and the place has a nice ambience.

There’s plenty of parking, and the seating is spacious with arrangements to suit different customer needs. They also have a party hall for larger groups celebrating special occasions. A great spot in this area for good food.

They show matches on a big screen in the garden, so it draws a crowd on game days. I haven’t eaten here myself. Parking for the hotel is good, but lodging guests have to use a small lot behind the building, where a dog is always guarding the gate. There are two types of rooms: the cheaper first-floor ones looked old and weren’t clean or hygienic, while the cleaner second-floor rooms cost more.
