The room itself is spacious and the facilities are okay, but the bathroom was the biggest letdown. It’s so cramped that you’re right beside the toilet while showering. The whole place feels dingy and has no atmosphere. It might do if your budget is tight and you need somewhere decent, but the rooms are only so-so.

The restaurant food is good and, though it costs a little more than usual, feels worth it for this area. Laundry service is available. The room and bathroom need to be cleaner, and there’s no hot water in the morning. The AC and Wi-Fi don’t meet basic standards, and the lift has reportedly been out of order for years.

I was there for a week. Dinner was nice, though very expensive, while breakfast wasn’t good. The room and room service were average, and there was no hot water in the morning.

The room price doesn't come with the service you'd expect. There was no Wi-Fi or hot shower in the morning, the AC didn't work through the night, and water dripped from it. Service was bad too. I wouldn't recommend booking a room or using the restaurant here.

The hotel is operating again as it recovers after COVID, with renovation expected to finish by Dec2022. It’s a comfortable, convenient place for visitors to Sanaswadi and Ranjhangaon MIDC, and I had a great experience with good service.
