They kept me waiting around 30 minutes before saying there was no room, and the staff behaved badly. I’d booked through Oyorooms and paid the full amount online, but they didn’t give me a room. The pictures on the website are fake. They offered me a bed under the stairs with no ventilation, window, natural light, or even space. After a few hours of discussion with 3-4 Oyorooms customer care executives, I got my money back. At first they denied the refund, and I had to take the issue to social media. It was an extremely unpleasant experience. Do not visit.

I paid in advance for a room booked at Rs. 999, but reception offered me a store room with none of the promised facilities. A staff member took my original documents and threatened me to cancel the booking. The rooms aren't good either, and I don't think this place is safe. Avoid paying ahead: I believe they won't refund you or provide a room. Google should let people give zero stars.

The room was in bad shape and wasn't clean, nothing like the fake pictures on OYO. I uploaded a few photos so you can see for yourself. The staff were genuinely good to me, though, and behaved well.

The way the management treated customers was completely unprofessional. They don't seem to know how to behave with people. This is the worst guest house I've ever seen.

The staff told me to cancel my OYO booking so they could rent the room for cash, then claimed the five-star ratings were from hotel employees. Useless hotel and staff. I personally wouldn't recommend booking here.
