The staff were cordial and helpful, especially with my late-night check-in, and stayed that way throughout. Breakfast was generous, the food was pure vegetarian, and their tea was superb. My room was clean and had proper ventilation, with basic toiletries provided. Connectivity can be an issue, though WiFi makes it manageable. Thanks, it was a good stay.

The food was tasty and pure vegetarian, with good quality and quantity, like homemade food. My room and bathroom were very clean. The manager and staff were polite, and they changed my room immediately when I asked. I'd recommend staying here and would visit again.

A comfortable stay in the Ballygunge area. The staff were very cooperative, and the meal was really good.

2/10
Service was very poor, and the staff had no sense of hospitality or good behavior. The rooms smelled, the geysers didn't work, and the food was pathetic.

The staff were polite and cordial, and the location was easy to reach. The rooms were tidy and airy, and the food was just awesome. A must visit if you're planning a trip to Kolkata.
