Water kept getting disrupted during my stay, so it wasn't possible to shower or rely on the facilities. The hallways and room were visibly dirty, and I found cockroaches in both the main living area and the washroom. It seems pest control and daily housekeeping aren't being prioritized. With the infestation and lack of basic maintenance, the hotel felt neglected. I was extremely disappointed because cleanliness and running water are basic expectations. I wouldn't recommend staying here until management deep cleans and fixes the plumbing and pest issues.

The water kept cutting out during my stay, and the place was extremely unhygienic and frustrating. I saw cockroaches in the room and washroom, and the hallways looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks. It doesn't even deserve one star. Don't book here. I'll never come back.

Water supply kept stopping unexpectedly, and the rooms were untidy with basic hygiene missing. The staff seemed uninterested in helping and weren't cooperative. I'm highly dissatisfied with the management overall. Hospitality needs serious improvement.

Our tour operator booked 12 rooms for 4 night stays, and it was the worst stay ever, -10 star !!!! There was no water supply and no cleanliness. The bathrooms were dirty and had cockroaches, and we saw them crawling on the bed and wall in the rooms too. No room cleaning service for 4 days !!! Never visit !!!

Many people in our group had food poisoning after dinner, with constant vomiting and loose motions. They desperately deny any fault. The hotel is unhygienic and poorly maintained. If you plan to come here, think twice, because they won't take responsibility if they make you sick. It doesn't deserve even 1 star.
