We've made this our favourite hotel over the last 2 years because it's close to kiimw hospital. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the amenities are good, neat, and clean.

The room was disgusting, with bed bugs all around the bed. There was no room service. This is the worst hotel I've visited so far.
The staff were really nice and helpful, and I enjoyed my stay. Rooms are a good size and fine for a day or 2, with reasonable prices. Service, other amenities, and cleaning could all improve over time. I hope you focus on cleanliness and service. I'd be happy to stay more often. Thanks, staff.
