The team at Hotel Royal Sagar were attentive and professional, and the travel desk and meeting rooms add useful options. Rooms were comfortable, clean, and nicely furnished, with air conditioning, flat-screen TVs, and free Wi-Fi. The beds were restful too. Its location made getting to local sights, business areas, and transport easy. The restaurant served fresh, tasty food with local flavors, though I wished there were more choices. Breakfast was included, with both Indian and continental options. It’s a comfortable mid-range stay at a reasonable price. There’s no pool or spa, but the hospitality and value worked well for me.

The room cost too much for what it was. It smelled dirty, the bedsheet had stains, and the toilet was in bad condition. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

This place was filthy. I’d never consider staying here.

The hotel is close to the station, but the service in the room was poor. I asked over and over for the set-top box and was ignored each time. There’s no inverter either.

Stayed for one night and had a nice time. They provided both hot and cold water, and it was a good experience ☺️
