Please don’t book here. We visited once, and a few weeks later my female friend started getting calls and messages from Ravinder Singh (Instagram ID - Ravinder.singh.11). It’s been happening for the last few weeks and has really irritated her. She told me about it, and I tried to complain, but they aren’t helping. They leak customer details like names, numbers, and pictures. You could get into trouble too. :(

The place felt very shady. The old, tiny air conditioner didn’t work, and there was no electricity half the time. I was put on the fourth floor, so with no power I couldn’t use the lift. When I asked for help carrying my luggage down at checkout, nobody helped, and I ended up calling two friends nearby to do it.

I used to have a good experience here when I paid offline. This time they said OYO takes the full amount whenever we pay online, leaving them with nothing. The manager did let us stay, but the room seemed like the worst one they could give us: the wallpaper was peeling, it wasn’t hygienic, and the TV had no channels. The food was just okay, so that’s what earns the two stars.

For around Rs 1000 a day, it’s a decent budget hotel. The room, bathroom, bedsheet, and towel were all clean. Service was poor, though. I ordered a meal and they forgot to tell the kitchen.
