The staff were helpful, and our room was fairly clean, though dated. Still, my towel had a large dirty stain that I only noticed after getting out of the shower. Noise was another problem: we could clearly hear people talking in the halls and on the street until about 3 a.m., which kept us awake. It wasn't a very pleasant experience.

The outside of the hotel looked quite good, but the rooms were shabby and small, with no extra services. The washroom door was jammed, the geyser seemed to be there just for decoration, and the bedsheet and pillowcase were dirty.

This place gave us a terrible customer experience. It felt like a scam, and nobody could be reached by phone to help us find the location. Even the taxis couldn't get there. The facility was irresponsible and the service negligent. Please don't book it.

When I arrived, the room wasn't clean, and the staff were very rude to guests. The sheets were so yellowed they looked like they hadn't been washed. When I asked for a change, they told me to use them as they were. I have no words for the poor service. I recommend that people avoid this place and save their trip from being ruined.

I was worried by the comments, but since this decent-priced hotel has parking, I decided to give it a try. To my surprise, it was decent. I stayed two days and had a good experience.
