I felt unsafe and left within minutes, then booked another hotel through MakeMyTrip. The place was on the second floor and had a disturbingly loud, inappropriate atmosphere that didn’t feel suitable for a solo female traveler. The online photos and ratings seemed fake and misleading. I made a formal complaint, but MakeMyTrip is siding with the hotel and refusing a refund. I’m appalled by what feels like a disregard for safety and honesty, and Fab hotel chain too. I expected the online listing to reflect reality, and the experience with MakeMyTrip has been horrifying.

The bed sheets were dirty, and mosquitoes were around the room. The receptionists behaved well, though the room boys were arrogant. The main entrance is very cramped, but manageable.

The lobby and staircase smelled awful, and the rooms were shady, with dusty sheets and lots of mosquitoes. FabHotels support was pathetic. Don’t pay in advance, since they won’t refund you if you book. This place will waste your money.

There wasn’t even a hotel signboard, and the room was filthy. The sheets and pillow cover weren’t clean either. Don’t pay in advance. Find somewhere else.

Service at the hotel was very poor. Water wasn’t available reliably, and even drinking water didn’t arrive on time. There was water in the toilet only early in the morning or after 6 pm. The staff seemed unconcerned about service and cleanliness.
