Fabhotel Blue Stone

I made a big mistake booking here. There were seven of us, one couple and five women, but the receptionist boy insisted on giving us four rooms and forcefully took payment for all four. We only slept in three. We had booked for two days, and he charged Rs 1500 on the first day, then Rs 1200 on the second. The owners put a very bad boy in charge of management. He couldn't handle anything and seemed only interested in taking people's money.

The smell was awful, there were flies all over the hotel, and they don't clean the rooms. The service was very bad, the room wasn't good, and all the bathroom taps leaked. I won't ever come back. The reception boy also charged far too much: Rs 6048 with GST for 2nhalf days, or Rs 1800 for one day. Look at the bill photo, it's too expensive. The hotel and room were okay, but the staff don't know how to treat a regular customer. I used to go almost every day and often spent 1200 for just one hour. Still, they behaved as if they didn't care because they had plenty of customers. That's no way to do business.

The reception boy behaves badly with everyone and can't even speak respectfully to regular customers. The management is bad, and this hotel should be closed permanently. Don't go, even by mistake, or you'll regret it.
