The room was in poor condition, with an uncomfortable bed and unsupportive pillows. The washroom lacked basic amenities, and there was no problem facility available. The room had no dustbin, toiletries, or water bottles. The hand shower beside the toilet didn’t work, and flies and mosquitoes had infested the room. When I called reception, nobody answered, so I had to go downstairs even for simple requests. My stay didn’t meet expectations, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

There was no maintenance at all. Cockroaches were everywhere in the hotel and room, the old AC didn’t work, and the TV in the room was out of order too.

I canceled my booking because I was traveling solo and didn’t feel I could risk staying there. The hotel was incredibly dirty, and the service was horrible. The pictures looked nothing like the shocking reality, and the staff’s attitude was on another level of bad.

I checked out in the morning and moved to an Airbnb. I don’t understand why a hotel in that price range didn’t provide towels or toilet paper. The place looked nothing like the pictures, and I don’t know how it’s rated 3 stars. The bed was so filthy I was scared to sleep in it. The sheets had hair and stains. Reception changed them when I asked, but the replacements were just as dirty, and the pillow covers were torn. The worst place I’ve ever stayed.
