The service staff were very good, but the receptionist was unprofessional. The room's old air conditioner didn't cool properly, and the toiletries have gone downhill. In summer, tap water gets very hot during the day because they store it in rooftop tanks instead of using a submersible pump. You can find a better hotel at this price.

I've stayed here several times. The staff have always been attentive, helpful, and polite, and the location is convenient and easy to reach late at night. They don't have a restaurant in the hotel, but you can order food from outside. Some rooms are better than others for space and natural light.

The bathroom floor floods even with one mug of water, since there's only one drain and it doesn't work well. They only clean once according to their protocol, and maintenance and quick service both need a lot of improvement. They seem understaffed too. I don't travel regularly, but I'd suggest trying somewhere else. Even if you end up at a bad hotel, I believe it can't be worse than this.

The location was excellent, with a metro stop nearby and a restaurant within walking distance. My room was spacious, clean, and tidy, and room service was good. The staff were friendly, and the manager was professional. I enjoyed my stay and think this hotel is worth it.
