FabHotel La Serene NFC

There’s no place called 'Via La Serene NFC' here, and the hotel has a different name. The details on MakeMyTrip and other online platforms aren’t updated. Even the photo on Google Maps says 'Fab Hotels' (Not Via La Serene NFC), while the latest image attached says Hotel Centrum. I had to speak to Make My Trip support. Disappointing.

I changed rooms 5 times and every one was the same, with locks that didn’t work properly. The shower had no hot water. When hot water was provided, you could see its milky white color in the attached photo. Bath water wasn’t clean, either. The room was totally unclean, the floors hadn’t been mopped, and there were cockroaches inside. Water dripped from the AC. A pathetic hotel stay.

It was 8°C inside the room, and there was no heater, so staying there in winter was difficult. The beds and towels smelled, there was no hot water at all, and maintenance seemed nonexistent. The rooms were low quality and nothing like the website photos. There wasn't any internet either.

The lift took ages, and at checkout we had to take our own luggage down. The room phone didn't work, and nobody answered when we called the hotel's number. The room itself was filthy, with stained sheets. Don't be fooled by the photos. Worst hotel I've stayed in.
