FabHotel Marble Arch - Nr. Karol Bagh Market

I hated every minute of the stay. There were mosquitoes in the room, damp walls and a smell, and the bathroom smelled bad too. The lift wasn't working either. The prepaid booking turned into a trap: even though I'd booked a double bed, they charged extra for one person. The reception staff knew I couldn't cancel and took advantage while my family waited. I wouldn't use Fab Hotels again, go back, or recommend them to anyone.

I'd give this place -5/5 if I could. The rooms were filthy, and the bathroom had a strange smell, bugs, lizards, and kankhajura. We had to keep asking for hot water, but there still wasn't any in the bathroom. Once they brought up a bucket of hot water from downstairs, but we had to ask every time.

The location was good, but the hotel and room were dirty and badly maintained. We were on the third floor and the lift wasn't working. Everything in the room seemed to need repair, and the bedsheet and pillowcase were dirty and stained. The photos look like they're from years ago, when the place first opened. I wish they'd done some basic maintenance.

I checked in late at night after booking online, so I had no chance to look around before staying. What a waste of money. The rooms were awful and smelled like a dustbin, the washroom tiles were rusted, and the bedsheets, tables, and all the other items were dusty and dirty. This hotel company shouldn't mislead people.
