FabHotel PP Residency Tilak Nagar

This was one of my worst stays. The room was filthy, with red spit marks on the walls, stained sheets, and a blanket that didn't seem properly washed. The bathroom geyser didn't work either. It felt like the rooms were used by couples for a few hours, and it's not suitable for families. Worst hotel by fab.

I checked three or four rooms, and they were all smelly and dirty, with old furniture and ants. The mattresses were broken in the middle, door locks didn't work, and the bathroom bucket had fungus, like it hadn't been cleaned in months. They offered no toiletries or water bottle, so I had to ask for water in the middle of the night. Nothing was offered, a really bad experience with fab hotel this time. I wouldn't list this place, it's ugly.

At 7 in the morning, after all this, I'd lost 2170 rupees over a booking for just two hours. I'd booked by phone through Fab Hotel and twice said I needed early check-in for only a couple of hours. At the hotel, the receptionist said he'd only give me a room for extra money, and wouldn't even tell me his name. The hotel charged Rs 800 for the room, while Fab is charging the full Rs 1170 for cancellation. This is pure cheating.

The people at reception were very good and courteous, but the room was a different story. It was dirty, smelled bad, and the linen was unclean. We planned to stay overnight but left after two hours. The staff weren't trained, though they behaved well.
