Fabhotel Royal Touch

We had to switch rooms three times on the very first day, and the room we ended up in still had no basic facility like water for bathing. I didn't expect this from a brand like Fab Hotels. I'd ask Fab Hotel to refund the payment to acknowledge the experience.

The room was dirty, smelled bad, was poorly lit, and felt unbearably cramped. There were no basic amenities, no room service, and not even a landline. The staff seemed drunk and were completely unprofessional, which felt unacceptable and unsafe. Bad management, poor hygiene, and a total waste of money. Avoid FabHotel if comfort or dignity matters to you.

The location was the only good thing. There wasn't a window in any room, most of the locks were damaged, and many exhaust fans and lights weren't working. The toilet was just okay.

The rooms felt damp and poorly maintained, and the bathrooms were dirty. They didn't provide drinking water or basic items like a toilet kit. Service was well below expectations, especially the unprofessional behavior from a staff member, Mukesh. This doesn't meet the standard for a corporate stay. It gave me the impression that the property is more suited to short, hourly stays for couples than to professional or family visits. I wouldn't recommend it to business travelers or anyone expecting a clean, reliable stay.
