The water supply was plentiful, but that was about the only good part of my two-day stay. The place was cramped and dirty, with stained sheets and covers, and the room wasn't cleaned or the bedding changed each day. I didn't get a towel until the second day, and there were no toiletries. The stairs are narrow, so getting heavy luggage upstairs is difficult. Staff weren't cooperative: when I asked for just one extra hour at checkout, the man made a fuss, then offered the time after I'd decided to leave. I turned it down. For what they charge, it isn't worth it, and I wouldn't recommend staying here. I didn't feel comfortable ordering food either.

There was no view from my room, and it felt almost like a dungeon. The hotel was stuffy and very dirty: the toilets were old and unclean, the linen hadn't been changed, and the towels were stained and worn out. There are no lifts, and room service wasn't really available. Hot water did work. The older man at the counter was rude and tried to dictate the terms. The staff weren't cooperative, and he needs to learn how to deal with customers.

The place was filthy, and they charged double. The staff also had no manners when they spoke to me.
