OYO Townhouse 475 Nangal Raya Pankha Road

We only needed a room for a few hours to leave our luggage, but they refused us because we were three men and two women. Couples were being allowed to book rooms by the hour, which felt unfair and unprofessional. The room had no dustbin or handwash, and nothing else was provided. Basic hygiene items were completely missing. For what we paid, the service wasn’t up to the mark at all, and they should charge much less. A bad experience and not worth the money. I wouldn’t recommend it to families or friends.

They advertise 24-hour check-in, but when I arrived at night they made me pay more than the online price. The rooms weren’t good and the bathrooms were dirty. I had a terrible experience. I recommend that everyone stay away.

The receptionist was rude and wouldn’t provide towels or even water, denying every request. He told me, 'I don't care even if you complaint, I have ample customers booking at hourly prices.' No wonder OYO rooms have turned into random hourly rate hotels. I’d never stayed in one before, and I won’t again.

The room looked like it did in the uploaded pictures, but the price in person wasn’t the same as the Oyo booking price. The manager in particular behaved very badly. A very bad experience.
