The sheets were ripped and dirty, and the place smelled awful. There were bugs and insects everywhere. I paid, but left after about an hour because it was so terrible. My body has still been itching since yesterday.

The way some staff and an acquaintance of the owner treated us was disrespectful. A man who knew the owner stood at reception looking at me rudely. Later, while my husband was parking the car, I stepped outside and saw him with two staff members; they were smiling and laughing at us as though we weren't married. Please take this seriously. We had booked through Agoda for ₹972 under my husband Zeeshan's name on 5th of Oct, but when we arrived they demanded ₹1500 and finally settled at ₹1300. It was 9 pm, and we had no time to find another hotel, so they wouldn't honor the booking price. Please take strict action.

The location is good, but the place was very untidy. The lift only starts from the first floor, which was quite uncomfortable for our elderly parents.
