FabHotel Taj Residency

The room was spacious, the bed super comfortable, and the amenities were top quality. The hotel was spotless, beautifully designed, and in a great location. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Excellent service. I had an amazing stay and would definitely come back.

I booked FabHotels rooms for January 13 to 19, 2026 on September 11, 2025, and paid in full in advance. After getting the property's number from FabHotels customer care, I called on January 11, 2026 and was told the booking had been cancelled. Customer care offered inferior, cheap hotels with unhygienic conditions. Never book through FabHotels.

The receptionist was playing games on his phone while talking to us, and nobody tried to resolve the issue. Even though we'd booked through clear trip and paid in advance, they refused to give us a room. They didn't refund us either, and told us to go to another hotel 4 km away, priced at one third of what we'd paid. A very bad experience. Don't go here.

I booked this place for my mom, and her three-night stay was a very bad experience. Staff told them to use another room for bathing. They weren't given a room key, the heater didn't work, and there was no kettle in the room. Please think twice before booking this property or FabHotels.
