For ₹3500–₹4000 a night, I expected basic standards. Instead, the toilet was neglected and the bucket had yellow stains. It felt like a ₹500 roadside lodge dressed up as a “fab” hotel. They didn’t provide towels, even after repeated requests over two full days, so I bought one from Blinkit. Drinking water was another problem: they said guests get just one 1-litre bottle for the entire stay. The person running the place was rough, dismissive, and unprofessional in what I personally witnessed. He called out to guests casually and spoke to staff in a way that made the atmosphere uncomfortable. This felt like harassment, not hospitality. It was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. The place overcharges, under-delivers, and shows no respect for guests or basic standards. Avoid it and spare yourself the frustration, filth, and attitude. Not worth even one star.

The best part of my stay was checking out. The room, bathroom, and bedding were visibly dirty, and the room quality was extremely poor. There was no drinking water, tea or coffee, or breakfast, and they don’t have a kitchen. Staff were unhelpful, indifferent, and unprofessional. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve had, and the place offers terrible value while missing basic hospitality standards. A guesthouse would be a better choice.

The bathroom water was salty, and the washroom hadn’t been cleaned properly before I checked in. Service was below average. Even when asked, staff wouldn’t bring a water bottle, they’d hand over the key and then forget about you. It’s safe and okay for a day or two, but it’s more like a lodge. Don’t expect much service or enjoyment. Average, not the worst.

The place feels worth 500 a day at most, but they charge like a four-star hotel because of the location and provide facilities more like a two-star stay. They don’t seem to care about improving it. Worst place to stay.

Our group had three online bookings, but that didn’t secure rooms for everyone. I arrived early and was told my friends needed to show up within a few hours; otherwise, the hotel might give the rooms to other customers. Staff looked at our booking receipts and said it would be fine, yet one group was sent to another hotel 5 km away when they arrived. I wouldn’t book this place online.
