Hotel Pink City

The breakfast had lots of variety and was delicious, and the staff made us feel very welcome. Even with the central location, the room was surprisingly quiet and spotless, with a modern feel. Had an excellent stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting Delhi.

Alam and the others helped us and showed us the room. It was clean, with AC and a TV in good condition, plus a water cooler for drinking water. Room service was available, and we could order vegetarian or non-vegetarian food. The food was hygienic and tasty.

We paid nearly Rs. 13000 for our stay from 17.02.2026 to 19.02.2026. There were 4 adults and 2 children, and we'd booked 2 super deluxe rooms, but we got one normal room on the ground floor and another on the 3rd floor. The quilt was worn and torn. Our check-in was at 1.00pm, but they didn't have a room ready, so we weren't given one until 7.00 pm. They also failed to pick us up from the railway station despite the advance booking. The parontha they served was made with sour dough. At checkout at 12pm, they asked us to give a 100% rating and promised to deliver our luggage to the railway station, but refused to do so at 4 p.m. Please be careful when booking.

There isn't a lift, and payment has to be made in advance by cash or UPI. They don't accept credit cards. The narrow lane means you'll have to carry your bags on foot. The location is good, so it may work for a few hours between trains, but that seems to be its main value. The room was only okay, with dirt on the floor and in the corners. There was no hot water in the bathroom until I called reception twice. Otherwise, I'd avoid hotels in this area.
